"On reflection, I thought it was a massive turn round in terms of performance. We put together the sort of game we had been playing earlier in the competition.
"Wakefield, although near us in the table, had had a good win the week before so there was nothing to indicate that we should have the right to score that many points or defend that well."
On the injury front Jason Golden (groin) and David Howell (knee) are still missing while Rob Purdham, who is back in training, won't figure this week. "Hopefully Luke Dorn will be all right," said Powell. "He had some rib cartilage damage at the weekend but played through the pain and should be OK.
"We hope to have Karl Temata, who missed last week with a slight tear in his bicep, back."
Chris Riley has returned to Warrington after making three appearances for Harlequins RL. The full back/wing scored two tries on his debut against Castleford Tigers but personal matters have led to him returning north.
Head coach Rob Powell said: Unfortunately Chris has gone back to Warrington. He enjoyed his time down here and wanted to stay but he has some family issues, which meant he had to return.
"I spoke to Tony Smith and Chris himself and he's been very honest all the way through. He really wanted it to work and we wanted him for the rest of the season but this is the reality. If you bring someone in from up North, these kinds of things can happen sometimes."
