Those taking part in the taster session, which is being run by the sport's governing body, the RFL, will also receive a free matchday ticket and hospitality for that afternoon's Carnegie Challenge Cup tie between Harlequins RL and Wakefield Wildcats at the same venue.
Graham Davey, the RFL's Regional Development Officer for the South East, said: "This is a great opportunity for women over the age of 16 to try something new and enjoy a great day out free of charge.
"You can try the sport out for yourself in the morning with the introductory coaching sessions and game at lunchtime, then sit back and enjoy what promises to be an exciting Rugby League Cup tie free of charge.
"There are a number of new female Rugby League clubs forming alongside the more established ones and we're always looking for new players to play for these clubs and to form further clubs all across the South East."
The RFL is also working on a number of flexible playing options for women playing Rugby League which will allow them to fit other sporting, work and family commitments into their schedules.
