Naturally the close link between the teams has caused plenty of competitive (but meaningful) chitchat around the St Mary's campus, with many of the Harlequins Under 20's studying at the university.
It is sure to be an exciting spectacle as friendships are put aside for 80 minutes as the teams compete for university and in some cases personal bragging rights!!
For St Mary's it will be a testing game as they prepare for the BUCS cup playoffs after having narrowly been defeated a fortnight ago by Northumbria University.
Gates open at 11.15am and admission is included with all match tickets for Harlequins v Catalans.
