Perpignan will host one quarter-final after Catalan Dragons were drawn at home to Warrington Wolves, who beat the French side in the semi-finals of the competition en route to winning at Wembley two years ago.
Last year's runners-up Leeds Rhinos are away to the only remaining Co-operative Championship club, Leigh Centurions in a rematch of the 1971 final.
