Martin Offiah will have Shaun Edwards and Mike Ford as his guests at The Hive on Saturday ahead of London Broncos vs Wigan Warriors.
There are only a few days to book one of the best sporting hospitality packages of the year - Lunch with Martin Offiah and his Friends, Shaun Edwards and Mike Ford on Saturday July 5th 2014 at the Hive, Edgware, arrival from 12 noon.
Martin is a household name to the capital's sporting public but has also burst out into the wider entertainment scene. He will be joined for a Q&A session by former team-mate, Shaun Edwards, one of the greatest players ever to play the sport and who went on to make a great career in coaching at top level in rugby union. Mike Ford played alongside Shaun at Wigan and subsequently moved into rugby union coaching with Ireland, England and now Bath.
The event includes a two-course lunch in the superb Amber Suite at The Hive, the announcement of the first ever members of the Hall of Fame, and entertainment by Martin Offiah, Shaun Edwards and Mike Ford. You will then have seats in the East Stand for the Broncos v Wigan First Utility Super League game and finally join guests and players after the match in the Amber Suite.
All for an incredible price of £49 per person (Broncos Members can upgrade to the Lunch for only £24).
Head coach Joe Grima has made just one change to last week's 19-man squad with Atelea Vea coming back from suspension to replace the injured Alex Foster for the game against Hull KR on Saturday at The Hive (ko 3pm).
Rising star Joe Keyes (18) is enjoying his time in the first team having made the step up from the Academy to the First Utility Super League but admits he found it tough to adjust to the pace of the game.
The Broncos Under-19s were searching for their first win in three games against a St Helens side lying second in the league but despite leading 20-10 early in the second half, 24 unanswered points from the visitors condemned them to another defeat.
