Skolars' Head Coach Joe Mbu is looking forward to the friendlies. "Pre-season has gone well. Last year we trained at 3 different venues and that, added to the bad weather, was quite disruptive. This season we've been at New River throughout. We took over some space at the stadium and have turned it into a gym and fitness area. That's really helped bring everything together. Now it's time to start to use that work in a matchday environment".
Mick Howell, Head Coach of the U20's added: "The team has been training hard since the start of November and it will be good to be able to see where we are up to. It is also a good opportunity for those who have done the pre-season with the 1st grade to show what they have learnt. It will also give us even more focus for the last three weeks of pre-season"
