Having secured survival in League 1, Orient's players were more than happy to lend a hand and help promote Sunday's On the Road fixture against Bradford Bulls at Brisbane Road.
While many of the young lads at London Broncos fancy themselves with the round ball at their feet Broncos' Sam Bolger admits that the session was an eye opener.
"We came down to kick the ball about and I've realised I'm not very good at football! We've done a bit of rubgy a bit of two on one, a few shapes and stuff and we've done a bit of keep ball with the football so yeah, it's been good."
The fixture will be the first time Leyton has hosted a top-flight rugby league game and Sam Bolger is delighted to be playing close to his home county of Essex.
"I'm really excited, I'm an Essex boy myself so we're not too far away. It'll be good to spread the game and get some different fans from the other side of London acoss to watch and it'll be the closest I've ever played to home so I'm really looking forward to it."
London Broncos v Bradford Bulls kicks off at 2.00pm this Sunday May 6 at Leyton Orient's Brisbane Road.
Adult tickets cost £15 while Juniors cost just £5. You can buy your tickets through the Leyton Orient Ticket Office online here: www.lofcdirect.co.uk, over the phone by calling 0871 310 1883, or in person at The Oliver Road Ticket Office open 9.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.
