Rob Powell's men were looking to bounce back from Thursday night's disappointment against the Catalan Dragons, and stuck to the same starting 13 as against the French, although Liam Colbon and Kieran Dixon switched wings.
Olsi Krasniqi replaced Julien Rinaldi among the replacements in the only personnel change as the Londoners looked to repeat last season's spectacular win at Headingley.
The Broncos started the game in positive fashion, with a clever kick from Michael Witt forcing Ryan Hall to bat the ball out of play.
Jamie O'Callaghan, Antonio Kaufusi and Chris Bailey all then went close as London bossed the opening ten minutes without getting on the scoresheet.
The Broncos were certainly not looking overawed by the occasion, defending their line well after a Kevin Sinfield 40-20 put them on the back foot.
The greasy conditions were seeing both sides cough up possession, but Leeds took the lead against the run of play in the 24th minute, Carl Ablett stepping inside the defence to power over.
Chad Randall was then held up as he looked to muscle over, and moments later the Broncos fell further behind, Ben Jones-Bishop squeezing in at the corner after good work from Ablett.
Hall added a third try shortly after and there was still time for Jones-Bishop to pounce for his second as the Rhinos took an 18-0 lead into the break.
London started the second half like they did the first and finally got their reward on 43 minutes when Kieran Dixon sped in for his second try of the campaign after some neat hands from Luke Dorn.
And it was Dorn himself who added another try seconds later - spotting a gap and accelerating through it to touch down to reduce the gap to eight points.
Dixon then went close again as the rain teemed down, but shortly afterwards the Londoners suffered a blow as Liam Colbon was helped off with a shoulder injury.
From the resulting set Leeds moved further ahead, Hall claiming his second score when he snaffled Sinfield's high kick.
Both sides were looking tired after their efforts, but it was the hosts who all-but sealed the points when Hall struck for his hat-trick, leaping for another Sinfield kick on 63 minutes.
The red-haired winger still wasn't finished though, Hall powering in for his fourth with ten minutes to play.
Brent Webb and a double from Zak Hardaker rounded off the scoring.
