Julien Rinaldi continues his recovery from ligament damage to his ankle and David Howell remains sidelined with a broken thumb.
After missing the last three games Chris Melling has been recalled to the 19-man squad.
Ben Bolger is currently dual registered with the Rams but is in line to face off against them alongside younger brother Sam who has made squad for the first time this season.
The last time the two sides met was back in 1996 when Dewsbury pulled off a shock 12-10 victory in the same round of the competition.
The Broncos have been struggling to find consistency so far this season and Powell is hoping the Challenge Cup will provide his side with some momentum heading into next week's Stobart Super League fixture with Hull KR
