Broncos head coach Rob Powell is able to call on experienced duo David Howell and Jason Golden for the fixture against the Wildcats as both have recovered from respective rib injuries.
Julien Rinaldi has also been back in full training this week but is not yet ready for match action.
With players returning from injury and a good week of training behind them, Powell is hoping that the attitude in which the players have been working will carry over into the game this weekend.
"We've got some players back in to our squad this week. We have trained with good intensity and we'll be looking to put in a strong performance this Sunday."
Wakefield head coach Richard Agar welcomes Oliver Wilkes back into his 19-man squad.
The prop has been out with damaged ligaments in his thumb since the victory over Salford in April and is now back in contention to face his former club.
Agar points to the 36-0 loss to Broncos earlier in the season as one of the most damaging moments of this year's campaign and is hoping his side can make amends on Sunday.
"It's a good opportunity for us to get back-to-back victories but London will be thinking it's an opportunity for a win as well. When we look at our season we look at the Castleford and London games as two of the games we feel were the real damaging and disappointing moments for us.
"I'm not sure the score line on that day (away to London) necessarily reflected the two teams but we will be doing our best to put that right on Sunday."
