Alex Ingarfield started playing rugby union at the age of thirteen for Beckenham RFC. He first played rugby league at 16 for Croydon Hurricanes and soon became captain. Ingarfield quickly progressed to South London Storm senior level. He then went on to captain London and the South U18s and from this was picked to represent England Lionhearts U18s. Later that year Ingarfield was selected for Harlequins RL U18s.He is now training with the London Broncos U20s team while studying Sports Science at Brunel University. In his spare time he assists with Brunel Rugby League, watches sport on TV and goes to the gym.
