Chris began his distinguished career with the Balmain Tigers before making his NRL debut for the Newcastle Knights in 2006. Originally a stand off he moved into the back row and joined the Manly Sea Eagles in 2009 featuring in the 2009 World Club Challenge against Leeds Rhinos.

Bailey joined London Broncos for the 2011 Super League season and went on to amass 24 appearances and scored three tries; the pick of which came away against Leeds Rhinos in a 36-26 win.

Bailey enjoys a round of golf and a good coffee in his spare time. His favourite band is Australian rockers Cold Chisel and his favourite film is the 1997 drama Good Will Hunting.
