Barny Allen
Head of Strength and Conditioning
After graduating in Sport Science from the University of Bath in 2005, Barny went to work for the Gloucester Rugby. He was promoted to Head of Strength and Conditioning in 2009 and during his three years heading up the programme, the club won the LV= Cup and made the Premiership play-offs in the Premiership.
