The club can also confirm Jack hughes has signed a deal for 2024 and joins up with the first team squad. Meanwhile, Matt Davies, Harry Stevens, Jensen Monk & Dan Hoyes either remain under contract at the club or have renewed their deals and continue their development within Mike Eccles’ first team squad in 2024. 

 

We would also like to take the time to thank Dalton Grant, Paul Ulberg, Wellington Albert, Dean Whare, Corey Norman, Henry Raiwalui, max allen, euan parke & Rian Horsman who all leave the club following the conclusion of their deals. We wish them all the best for their future careers.

LONDON BRONCOS V HULL FC (by David Ballheimer) London Broncos (16) 34, Hull FC (12) 18 London Broncos won their first game of the season, and thoroughly deserved their 34–18 triumph over Hull FC, whose only victory this term was their last-second defeat of London in Hull. The “rubber” game is the Magic Weekend in August

TEAM NEWS: London Broncos vs Hull FC Mike Eccles has named his starting lineup to face Hull FC in this afternoon’s Round 11 Super League fixture at the Cherry Red Records Stadium. Lewis Bienek has a place on the bench after returning from injury, meanwhile Ethan Natoli and Sadiq Adebiyi are in the starting XIII after being eased back following their respective injuries. Sam Davis misses out with a knock so Ugo Tison comes in to Hooker with James Meadows returning to start as 7.

Lewis Bienek to return to matchday squad following injury London Broncos prop Lewis Bienek is set to return to the matchday squad against Hull FC on Sunday (12th May) following a serious ankle injury that was picked up in pre-season.

The London Broncos have their sixth Super League home game of 2024 on Sunday as they face off against Hull FC at the Cherry Red Records Stadium. The Broncos and Hull FC have already met once so far this season (Round 3) at the MKM stadium where Hull ended up 28-24 winners after scoring a winner in the 78 th minute. London Broncos vs Hull FC is a matchup which is the joint 4 th most frequent in Bronco’s Super League history with the fixture taking place on 44 occasions and 51 times across all competitions. Out of these 51 occasions, the Broncos have won 18 times, lost 30 times, and drawn three times. The Broncos have played Hull FC at home on 26 occasions with the Broncos winning 13, losing 10 and drawing 3. The first matchup between London Broncos & Hull FC took place on September 13 th , 1981, where Hull FC beat Fulham RL 21-5 at the Boulevard in front of a crowd of 16,059. The first time that the Broncos played against Hull FC in London, Hull FC beat Fulham RL 11-5 at Craven Cottage in front of a crowd of 9,481. The last time that the Broncos played against Hull FC in London was on March 24 th , 2019, where Hull FC came away 28-24 winners. This weekend is the first time that the London Broncos have welcomed Hull FC to the Cherry Red Records Stadium.
