London Broncos Appoint OFX as Official Global Payments Partner

Partnership strengthens the London Broncos’ financial operations as the club enters a new era of international ownership 

The London Broncos are pleased to announce the appointment of OFX as the club’s Official Global Payments Partner under a new agreement. 


As the Broncos move into an exciting new chapter under international ownership, the partnership with OFX will support the club’s global financial operations, including cross-border payments, accounts payable automation and expense management. 


Through its integrated financial platform and corporate card solutions, OFX will provide greater control, visibility and efficiency across the club’s day-to-day financial management.

Siliva Havili and Jake Ramsden have returned to full training and are available for selection this weekend. Jeremiah Simbiken has returned to training and is expected to be available for selection in the coming weeks. Dean Hawkins, Reagan Campbell-Gillard, and Lewis Bienek are carrying calf injuries and are expected to return in approximately three to five weeks. Alex Max is recovering from a chest injury, the club is awaiting scan results to determine his time on sidelines. Rob Mathias sustained a PCL and meniscus injury, he is undergoing rehabilitation, and is expected to return in April. The club will provide further updates in due course.

London Broncos Women are proud to unveil their leadership group for the 2026 season as head coach Colin Baker announced the three players taking up the mantle: Team Captain – Kathryn Salter Vice Captain – Emily Hughes Club Captain – Polly Roberts With a blend of international experience, composure, and passion for the badge, the trio will guide the Broncos both on and off the field as the squad builds towards an exciting new campaign. Team Captain – Kathryn Salter Kathryn Salter takes on the captaincy ahead of her fourth season with the club, bringing with her six years of rugby league experience and international honours with Wales Rugby League. A calm and composed presence, Kathryn has become a central figure within the Broncos’ lineup. Her ability to control the game, make smart decisions under pressure, and lead by example in both attack and defence makes her a natural leader within the squad. Consistently setting the standard at training and on matchday, she embodies the professionalism and resilience that define London Broncos Women. Her appointment reflects the respect she commands across the team and the trust placed in her to lead the group in 2026. Vice Captain – Emily Hughes Joining Kathryn in the leadership group is fellow Welsh international Emily Hughes, who has been named Vice Captain. An experienced Broncos player, Emily brings energy, reliability, and a strong voice to the squad. Her commitment to the team and willingness to lead from the front make her a vital support to Kathryn and an important figure for teammates across the club. With her experience and competitive edge, Emily will play a key role in driving standards and supporting the squad throughout the season. Club Captain – Polly Roberts Polly Roberts steps into the role of Club Captain ahead of her third season with the Broncos. With three years of rugby league experience and international representation with Ireland Rugby League, Polly has established herself as one of the team’s most vocal and tireless leaders at hooker. Her tenacity and skill set the tone on the field, while her passion for building culture and connection strengthens the squad off it. As Club Captain, Polly will continue to champion team values, support player development, and help foster the inclusive, driven environment that underpins the Broncos’ identity. With a strong leadership group in place, London Broncos Women head into 2026 united, ambitious, and ready to build on last season’s progress. The club looks forward to seeing Kathryn, Emily, and Polly guide the team through what promises to be an exciting year for women’s rugby league in the capital. Tickets on sale London Broncos vs Barrow Raiders in Preliminary Round of 1895 Cup

Former England star Luke Gale will join broadcaster James Deighton for the 1895 Cup Preliminary and Round One draw on Sunday (15 February), live on BBC Radio Leeds from 5.40pm. The competition returns for 2026 with a new format featuring 19 Betfred Championship clubs. In Sunday’s draw, six balls will be drawn first to create three Preliminary Round ties. After that, the remaining teams, plus the three sides still in the Challenge Cup and the winners of the Preliminary Round ties, will be drawn to create the eight Round One matches. Preliminary Round fixtures will be played on the weekend of March 14/15 with Round One scheduled to take place on April 18/19. The Final of the 1895 Cup will be played on Monday, 31 August, with the venue to be confirmed. Ball numbers for Sunday’s draw can be found below: 1. Barrow Raiders 2. Batley Bulldogs 3. In Sunday’s Challenge Cup fixture against the Bradford Bulls, five players were unable to finish the match due to injury. Jack Croft failed his Head Injury Assessment and did not return to the field. He will go through the RFL's HIA protocol. Dean Hawkins, Reagan Campbell-Gillard, and Lewis Bienek suffered a calf injuries, the Club is awaiting scan results to determine their time on the sideline. Alex Max sustained a chest injury, he is out of hospital, and will return in approximately five weeks. Further updates will be provided in due course.
