Match Report: Goole Vikings

Goole Vikings 10 - 70 London Broncos
London Broncos recorded a 70–10 victory over Goole Vikings, responding to an early setback to take control of the match through sustained attacking pressure and consistent scoring.
Goole opened the scoring in the third minute with an interception try by Connor Barley, which was converted for a 6–0 lead. London responded with attacking intent, with strong carries from Liam Tindall helping to build field position, though an early opportunity was lost when Ben Hursey-Hord dropped the ball close to the line.
The Broncos drew level in the ninth minute when Emarly Bitungane crossed, with Dean Hawkins converting. London continued to apply pressure and took the lead in the 13th minute, as Reagan Campbell-Gillard finished from close range following a short pass from Luke Smith.
Following a high tackle, Bitungane failed his HIA, which led to Sadiq Adebiyi being introduced as 18th man.
Goole remained in contention and levelled the scores at 10–10 in the 20th minute with another try by Connor Barley, which was converted, having built pressure through penalties, including one for a high tackle. However, London regained control as the half progressed.
Connor O’Beirne restored the lead in the 30th minute after a strong run and offload from Hursey-Hord, with Hawkins converting. From that point, London’s attacking momentum increased. Gairo Voro added a try in the 35th minute, followed by Luke Smith in the 37th, both converted by Hawkins.
Just before half-time, Neil Tchamambe crossed, from an attacking play that moved the ball across the field, extending the lead further. Hawkins added the conversion.
London continued to build in the second half. Morea Morea scored early after the restart, and Tchamambe added his second shortly after. The Broncos’ control of possession and territory limited Goole’s opportunities, while their attack remained effective.
Liam Tindall scored following an interception initiated by Tchamambe and quick handling from the halves, before Morea added his second try of the match. Siliva Havili later crossed from close range, for his first try for the club, after an offload from Hawkins, with all tries converted by Hawkins during this period.
Luke Smith completed his second try late in the match, again converted by Hawkins, as London continued to capitalise on field position.
Goole created some pressure through kicking, including forcing Morea back into the in-goal area, but handling errors and penalties limited their ability to build sustained attacks. London also faced defensive tests, with O’Beirne and Ted Davidson both held up over the line during attacking sequences earlier in the game.
Overall, after conceding early, London established control through structured attacking sets, offloads, and support play, leading to a comprehensive 70–10 result.
