Matchday Guide: Keighley Cougars

Everything you need to know ahead of our 1895 Cup clash against Keighley Cougars

We are excited to be able to share the matchday guide with you for our match on Sunday to ensure you have the best possible experience backing the Broncos against Keighley Cougars.

13:00 - Hospitality Opens

Circa 15:40 - London Broncos vs Keighley Cougars HT

Circa 16:35 - London Broncos vs Keighley Cougars FT

17:30 - Man of the Match Presentation in Main Bar

20:30 - Last Orders

 

Travel:

If you are new to the stadium, please see below useful information to make your matchday experience with us seamless. 


Travelling by Train or Tube: The stadium is just a 5-minute walk (0.2 miles) from Richmond Station.

●         National Rail (South Western Railway): Fast trains run from London Waterloo (approx. 15 – 20 minutes) and Clapham Junction.

●         London Overground: Direct services run from North London/Stratford.


Please note, on Sunday there are major disruptions affecting travel to Richmond. There will be no District Line service between Earl's Court and Richmond and no Piccadilly Line service between Hyde Park Corner and Acton Town. There will be no Overground (Mildmay line) trains between Willesden Junction and Richmond, though a rail replacement bus (DL3) will run via Acton Central, South Acton, Turnham Green, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury and Kew Gardens.


Please check National Rail or TfL apps on the day for further updates.


Walking Directions from the Station: Exit the station and turn right. Cross the A316 at the traffic lights, continue for about 50 yards and the entrance to the ground will be on your right.


Travelling by Bus: Numerous bus routes serve Richmond Station, including the 65, 190, 337, 371, 391, 419, and R68. From the station bus stops, it is a very short walk to the ground.


Parking: Unlike many London stadiums, the Richmond Athletic Ground does have on-site parking, though it can fill up quickly.


Home Fans/Away Fans:

Please may all fans enter through the main gate from 2:30pm, you will need your ticket with the barcode, which is going to be scanned as you enter. You can bring bags into the stadium but they will be checked by security/stewards upon entry.


Season ticket cards are not valid for this match.  


Hospitality:

Please may all those attending the game in hospitality enter via the first bar entrance. Hospitality closes after half time.


Ticket Office:

Our ticket office is located at main gate for on the day purchases.


Food & Drink:

The main bar will be open from 1pm for drinks as well as a selection of food to purchase.


Club Shop:

The club shop will be situated in the main bar for home replica shirt and selected apparel purchases.


We remind everyone to follow the spectator code of conduct to ensure both home and away fans have an enjoyable experience on the day.

London Broncos are delighted to announce that Connor O’Beirne has signed a two-year contract extension with the club. Connor joined the Broncos in 2025 following spells in the French Super XIII, with Lezignan and Carcassonne.  Since arriving at the club, Connor has become an integral part of the squad, consistently demonstrating his hard work, commitment and leadership both on and off the field. Speaking on his contract extension O'Beirne said, “I’m really excited to be staying at the London Broncos. London has become home for me, and this is just the beginning. I’m looking forward to what we can achieve for the rest of this season and over the next two years.” Head Coach Jason Demetriou added, “ We’re excited to have extended Connor’s contract for another two years. Since my arrival he has impressed with attitude, ability and his character.
