Gairo began playing Rugby League in 2019 with the Viriolo Sharks, before going on to represent the SP PNG Hunters in the Queensland Cup. His biggest achievement so far is making his debut for the PNG Kumuls in 2025.
Gairo describes his playing style as fast and explosive. As part of his pre-match routine, he listens to music, particularly Borenou by MOQAI. His favourite cheat meal is a burger and chips. Fans may be surprised to learn that Gairo does not drink alcohol. He is looking forward to showing his speed to supporters.
