Hull FC have also played ten games so far this season and are currently sat in 11th place after winning 1 (28-24 vs London Broncos) and losing 9 (0-22 vs Hull KR, 36-10 vs Warrington Wolves, 26-12 vs Catalans Dragons, 4-54 vs Leigh Leopards, 34-10 vs Hull KR, 22-56 vs Huddersfield, 58-0 vs St Helens, 12-18 vs Leeds Rhinos & 24-6 vs Warrington Wolves) games so far this season.

Speaking ahead of our Round 11 clash on Sunday, Hull FC interim head coach Simon Grix says "There’s definitely lessons (in our fixture earlier on in the season). We turned over the ball very cheaply and they’re very good with the ball. People can play it down and say that they’re bottom of the league but they’re good.

”I don’t think they’ve changed a great deal of how they’re going about their business. It’s been good for them. I think that we have changed quite a bit obviously a bit of personnel and the way we are trying to do things has changed a bit.

“we know what to expect and we will prepare the best we can for this”.

Also ahead of this Sunday's fixture, we caught up with Broncos assistant coach Ryan Sheridan, who says “The thing for us is to just keep improving. They have a couple of new additions in there so the key thing for us is our performance. We’re looking forward to the game, there is a lot at stake for both teams.

”You can see they have a new coach and you can see they have settled down and improved in the last few weeks in terms of performances so for us, we just have to look after our game and keep on improving our key areas.

“It’s just all about managing the game. They key thing with the weather is managing the weather. Don’t make any mistakes or errors and just control the game and just make sure that you look after yourselves.”

Broncos’ media also caught up with Lewis Bienek who is hopeful to play his first game of 2024 on Sunday. Bienek says “I’m very excited because it’s been a long time coming and after picking up that injury it has been a long road to recovery.

“Obviously winning or losing is tough to watch on the side-lines. Watching your mates play and have a good go at things especially in the first year back in the Super League so it’s been a long time coming.

“I’m looking to bring a bit of impact; I’m feeling big and strong. Obviously, I’ve got to get my match fitness back but looking forward to bringing some impact and size into the team.”

Looking ahead to this weekend’s game, there is no better opportunity all season for us to get two points on the Super League table. This is a very winnable game for the Broncos if they stay consistently strong for the full 80 minutes and have the full backing of the London Broncos fan base at the Cherry Red Records Stadium!

INTERVIEW: Ted Davidson's journey to London Broncos first-team Ted Davidson recently made his full first-team debut for London Broncos in the Championship game at Batley Bulldogs. The 23-year-old was a stand out performer despite perhaps being a surprise inclusion in the starting 13.
