Join the NextGenRL Programme for London Broncos Women U17s to U19s

London Broncos  Women have a dedicated NextGenRL programme for developing new players from U17s to U19s into becoming London Broncos Women Players. This is part of the Smartway Pharmaceuticals Girls Talent Pathway.

If you are an aspiring female rugby player in London & South-East, join the NextGenRL Programme to take your rugby league journey to the next level. The programme will involve taking  part in an initial training block alongside the London Broncos Women. At the end of this period they may be invited to continue training and playing with London Broncos Women as they push for promotion to Super League.

Each player will receive a personalised Player Development Plan. For those playing at Community Clubs, the London Broncos Women's Head Coach will also aim to attend some Southern Championship matches.
