Match Report: Batley
A clinical attacking display saw the Broncos run in eleven tries to secure a 64-12 victory over Batley Bulldogs

We returned from the oldest rugby stadium in the world with an impressive 64-12 victory over Batley Bulldogs, running in eleven tries at the Fox's Biscuits Stadium to secure another important two points in the Championship.
Playing down the famous Mount Pleasant slope in the first half, the Broncos made a blistering start. Just two minutes were on the clock when Neil Tchamambe opened the scoring, finishing in the corner after early pressure inside the Batley half.
Three minutes later, the lead was extended. Teddy Davidson crossed for the second try of the afternoon after another slick attacking move, with Jimmy Meadows adding the extras to make it 10-0.
Broncos were playing with confidence and quickly added a third. Tchamambe grabbed his second of the game after another sharp attacking set, with Meadows converting to continue the early momentum.
We continued to take advantage of strong field position and crossed again on 20 minutes through Siliva Havili, before Alex Walker got in on the act just four minutes later as the points continued to flow.
With Batley struggling to contain the attack, Lewis Bienek added another shortly after the half-hour mark before Glare crossed four minutes before the break. Meadows remained near-perfect with the boot as the Broncos headed into the changing rooms with a commanding 40-0 advantage.
The second half presented a different challenge, with us now having to play uphill at the famous ground and Batley refusing to let the contest drift away. The Bulldogs showed plenty of character and got themselves on the scoreboard through Hudson on 49 minutes, with Woods adding the conversion.
The Broncos quickly regained their rhythm and struck again on the hour mark when Luke Smith crossed to bring up the half-century.
Batley again showed their resilience when Burton crossed on 58 minutes and Woods converted to reduce the deficit to 52-12.
London's response was immediate. Connor O'Beirne powered over on 66 minutes before Elliot Wallis produced one of the moments of the afternoon just three minutes later, brilliantly taking a high ball to score his first try of the game.
There was a concern shortly beforehand when Teddy Davidson left the field following a head injury on 65 minutes. Reagan Campbell-Gillard was introduced as his replacement. Meadows was also on the receiving end of a bold tackle and was replaced by Bienek in the 71st minute.
The final say fittingly belonged to Player of the Match Emarly Bitungane. The winger capped a superb individual display by crossing in the 75th minute, with Gairo Voro adding the conversion to complete the scoring at 64-12.
While the scoreline was emphatic, Batley continued to battle throughout the 80 minutes despite the early deficit and were rewarded with two second-half tries in front of their home support.
For the Broncos, it was another strong afternoon on the road, with eleven tries, some clinical attacking rugby and another important two points heading back to London.
