London Broncos Announce Momento by Greystar as Official Off-Field Home

Partnership establishes a modern, community-focused home base for the London Broncos as the club continues its journey of growth and international ambition

The London Broncos are pleased to announce a partnership with Greystar as they name Momento in Staines-Upon-Thames as the club’s official off-field home.

As the Broncos continue their exciting new chapter under international ownership, the partnership with Greystar will provide a dynamic and modern home base that supports both the club’s operational needs and its long-term growth ambitions.

Momento’s high-quality residential offering and community-focused approach align closely with the Broncos’ vision of building a sustainable, connected, and forward-thinking club. The partnership will create new opportunities for player accommodation, community engagement, and enhanced lifestyle support for those connected to the club.

Momento Staines is a contemporary build-to-rent community by Greystar, designed to combine modern apartment living with the charm of riverside surroundings. Located in Surrey near the River Thames, the development comprises nearly 400 homes, with a range of studio, one, two and three-bedroom homes, all thoughtfully designed, catering to singles, couples, and families. The building offers a 24/7 dedicated on-site concierge, private dining room, games room, meeting rooms, pet spa, cinema and gym. The community is built to encourage connection and convenience, with shared social spaces and a programme of resident events, as well as a resident app which makes it easy to access support from the Momento team in just a few clicks.

Well positioned just a short walk from the town centre and train station, Momento Staines provides easy access to central London in around 30–35 minutes, while still offering green spaces, riverside walks, and a more relaxed suburban lifestyle.

“This partnership marks a significant milestone for the London Broncos as we continue to strengthen the foundations of the club,” said London Broncos Co-Owner, Grant Wechsel. “Having Momento by Greystar as our home gives us a modern, flexible, and high-quality environment that reflects our ambitions both on and off the field.”

Tom Lord, Senior Director, Multifamily Operations, Greystar, said: “We’re thrilled that the London Broncos have chosen Momento Staines as their home away from home. From the thoughtfully designed amenity spaces designed to suit a modern, fast-paced lifestyle, to the dedicated onsite support, our residents enjoy an elevated standard of living.”

This agreement highlights the London Broncos’ commitment to building strong partnerships with innovative organisations that support the club’s development, performance, and community presence.

London Broncos are proud to see Australian-born centre Nicole Kennedy take the next step in her Rugby League journey, joining Leeds Rhinos on dual-registration for the 2026 season. Since joining the Broncos in 2022, the 25-year-old has become a key figure in the team, finishing 2025 as top try scorer and Player of the Year. She will combine training with both clubs while continuing her career as a Paramedic in London. Broncos head coach Colin Baker paid tribute to Kennedy’s impact on and off the field: “I was speaking to Nicole before she arrived in the UK about coming over to play, so I feel like I have known her for years. She has been a great servant for London Broncos Women, I cannot speak highly enough of her as a person and player. Whilst we are sad to lose her, she has earned her opportunity to play regularly at the top level. We all wish her well, and personally I would like to thank her for what she has brought to Broncos Women, on and off the field.” Kennedy, who has also represented the Netherlands on the international stage, reflected on her journey and the decision to move north: “I moved to London when I was 21 for work and joined the Broncos in 2022. I love it there, they are like my family, so I guess the move to come to Leeds was a big decision for me. I am looking forward to testing myself in an intense environment with players who have played in Super League, and to give myself the best chance to play at that next step up.” The Rhinos are working closely with London Broncos to ensure Nicole’s best interests are looked after and that she can fully maximise the opportunities available to her.
